We are proud to be approved to provide fully funded targeted and tailored (tier 2 and 3) professional development, providing the knowledge, tools, and support needed to implement evidence-based structured literacy intervention with confidence.
Targeted and tailored SLA PLD to support schools with Y0-2 staffing requirements.

This consists of 5 full day workshops in person and online and 6 Communities of Practice online sessions. Dates below.

This comprehensive training includes:
✅ 5 Full-Day Workshops covering the science of reading, structured literacy principles, intervention strategies, explicit instruction and data-driven decision-making.
✅ Ongoing coaching & mentoring through online Community of Practice sessions over four terms.
✅ Access to a free online learning platform - lifetime access
✅ Practical strategies for explicit teaching, phonemic awareness, phonics, morphology, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
✅ Training in evidence-based assessments (DIBELS 8, NZ Phonics Check) to accelerate student progress.
✅ Access to high-quality resources, including Ministry of Education texts, decodable readers, and structured literacy tools.
✅ Flexible delivery options—in-person, online, or blended learning to suit your needs.
🔹 Aligned with the IDA and Te Mātaiaho (NZ Curriculum), this funded PLD ensures effective assessment, instruction, and intervention strategies for Years 0-8.

About us:

Our facilitators are MSL-trained specialists with extensive experience in structured literacy and intervention teaching. They have worked directly with diverse learners, including those with dyslexia and other learning challenges, using evidence-based approaches to accelerate student progress. With a deep understanding of multisensory structured language (MSL) instruction, our team equips teachers with practical, research-backed strategies to implement effective literacy interventions. Their expertise ensures that all educators receive high-quality training, hands-on support, and real-world applications to improve student outcomes in literacy.
